Clients will accumulate points for various transactions, such as pre-booking an appointment, sharing a Facebook status or referring a new client. It's that simple! What are points?

Xhilarate Wellness Spa points were created to thank you for being a loyal client. Points are rewarded each time you purchase retail products, book an appointment online via Online Booking & much more. These points can be used towards all retail purchases. This program is free and is presented as a courtesy to all of our wonderful clients. 

How do I get started?

After you come in for your first treatment (or even just buy a product), you are automatically enrolled.

How do I accumulate points?

Simply by being a client! Below are how many points you receive per purchase. 

500 Points for referring a new client

250 Points for booking online

1 point per dollar spent

How much are points worth?

100 points -$1.00

How many points do I have?

Points are listed on your online account, you may also ask the Spa Coordinator to look up your account. 

How can I redeem my points?

Points may be redeemed for retail purchases only. Points are not eligible for any gift card transactions or services. Let the front desk know you would like to use your points upon checkout. Points accumulated for retail transactions are deducted if any item is returned. If points are used to make a retail purchase and that product is returned, points are refunded back to the client account.

Points are NOT redeemable for cash.

 Points can only be redeemed by the person who earned them.

Points expire 365 days after purchase.
